The system “Power in balance” is not just a training tool, but it is rather a training system with a uniquely efficient philosophy. To put it in a nutshell, it is a health-oriented, “playful” workout which involves your whole body and is suitable for all age groups. Fit to a person’s individual needs, it can be used for rehabilitation purposes right up to professional sports.
Apart from strength, SYPOBA also helps to improve neuromuscular coordination, agility and concentration (mental training). Given the high intensity of a SYPOBA workout, calories are burnt easily. If you are interested in this type of workout, please get in touch immediately (only on appointment).
